Helping Others Parent Effectively
H.O.P.E. has been serving Niagara Families for over 30 years! H.O.P.E. is a parent/ professional-led support group for parents and caregivers of children and teens with ADHD. At H.O.P.E. meetings, you can receive education, share concerns and suggestions, and learn advocacy skills, in a nonjudgmental setting with others who are living daily with similar ADHD challenges.
H.O.P.E. is presently connected with Pathstone Mental Health x (905) 688-6850.
Meetings are FREE. No registration required. Open to all parents and caregivers, relatives, and friends of a child or teen with ADHD.
Guest speakers are arranged for some meetings.
H.O.P.E. meetings are scheduled on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm.
The first part of H.O.P.E. meetings center around a scheduled topic, followed by time to discuss any other ADHD issues that caregivers request.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, meetings are currently being held virtually.
