Target Audience: Caregivers of students with an LD, students with LDs, and educators.

About the Speaker: Jane Stewart is a staff lawyer at Justice for Children and Youth (JFCY), practicing in all areas of the clinic’s work, including education, youth criminal justice, child protection, health and mental health, privacy, victim/witness assistance, policing and corrections, housing and homelessness, income assistance, and others.

In this webinar, Jane will discuss the Individual Education Plan (IEP) and Identification, Placement and Review Committee (IPRC) process within the education system, and how parents can navigate this process.
