Target Audience: Caregivers of students in Grade 1-8

Join Emily, our B.E.S.T. (Better Emotional and Social Times) Coordinator, as she walks you through week three of six in LDANR’s Coping Skills Webinar Series. For our third week in the series, Emily will be discussing the topic of ‘Coping with Stress and Anxiety’.

This webinar will focus on the concepts of stress and anxiety as well as how these feelings may be experienced by children in a diverse range of settings. Accompanying the webinar will be a brief activity guide providing practical and hands-on ways to teach this coping skills topic at home.

The webinar will be followed by a question and answer period.

Can’t attend? Register anyways and you will receive a link to a recording of the webinar following the webinar!
