Let’s R.E.A.D.

Let’s READ, EXPLORE, AND DISCOVER!

Grades 2 – 4

rsz_13071872_1616605701993923_6836658081852454336_oLet’s R.E.A.D. is a small group literacy program for children performing a minimum of one year behind in their reading. Children work on phonics, sight words, fluency, and self-regulation in a group setting and have an opportunity to work one-on-one with a literacy instructor in the area of their greatest need.

Let’s R.E.A.D. is supported and funded by the United Way of Niagara Falls and Greater Fort Erie. United Way of South Niagara funds our Port Colborne location.

LDA Member Program Fee: $50
(+ Family LDA membership fee: $50/year)

St. Catharines

Date: October 3 – December 5 (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

Niagara Falls

Fort Erie

Date: October 2nd – November 29th (Monday and Wednesday)

Port Colborne
Location: St. Therese 
Date: October 3 – December 5 (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Time: 3:15 – 4:15pm
Duration: 8 weeks

**Excluding the week of October 9 – 13 and Tuesday, October 31 for all sites.

Our Mission

Our purpose is to provide resources and support to individuals who are affected by learning disabilities within the Niagara Region. We provide leadership in learning disabilities advocacy, research, education and services, and advance the full participation in society of children, youth and adults with learning differences.
